Privacy Policy

MxPrep is in development. This pre-launch policy explains the current public holding page and will be replaced or expanded before a full public launch.

Information currently collected

The public landing page can submit waitlist form entries only when an approved endpoint is configured. If the endpoint is unavailable, the form saves a local browser copy so the request is not lost on your device, and asks you to use email or Discord for confirmed contact. If you contact MxPrep by email or Discord, the information you choose to share is used to respond to you and discuss beta access.

Beta accounts and progress data

Beta accounts may collect account profile information, practice attempts, review queue activity, flashcard progress, practice exam reports, XP/badge progress, and live-study participation needed to operate the app and improve student workflows. These systems may change before public launch.

Feedback and community

If you provide bug reports, screenshots, Discord posts, emails, or content feedback, that feedback may be used to improve MxPrep. Please do not include passwords, private school records, employer records, payment details, or sensitive personal information in feedback.

Content status

MxPrep beta content is being reviewed. Oral preview, Airframe practice, written-test prep, and future practical-prep tracks may have different readiness levels. MxPrep is not a replacement for official FAA materials, school requirements, or instructor guidance.

What we avoid

• No sensitive personal information should be submitted through the pre-launch form.
• No private FAA, school, or employer data should be sent through this page.
• No sale of personal waitlist information is intended.
